Jacob Knutson joined Mozaic in 2025 as an Associate Director and has more than 11 years of high-net-worth investment management experience. At Mozaic, his responsibilities include asset allocation, portfolio management, and maintaining an open channel of communication with clients regarding market related issues.

Prior to joining Mozaic, Jacob was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Asset and Wealth Management Division in Los Angeles. In this capacity, Jacob provided strategic oversight and investment leadership for client portfolios, managed select high-net-worth client relationships, and delivered customized investment solutions in the public and private markets. He also held an earlier role at Goldman Sachs in which he supported the asset management business and was responsible for strategy level performance reporting across the firm’s fundamental equity and quantitative investment strategies.

Prior to this, he held multiple roles at Fisher investments including Research Analyst and Investment Counselor where he leveraged his technical expertise to help clients achieve their financial goals. He began his finance career at Clearwater Analytics, where he supported large institutional clients with investment reporting and risk analytics.

Jacob is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter holder and graduated cum laude from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Finance.

Outside of finance, Jacob enjoys traveling abroad, discovering hidden gems in the restaurant scene, and spending time with his wife and three furry companions.
