Alexander Maguire joined Mozaic in 2025 as a Performance Reporting Analyst. He plays a key role in supporting the firm’s investment reporting operations by preparing monthly client reports, tracking investment performance, and optimizing internal processes. With a background in economics and data science, Alexander brings both analytical rigor and a creative approach to solving complex data challenges.

Alexander earned his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Data Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). His academic work emphasized applied econometrics, statistical analysis, and data visualization. He has developed his skills across a range of analytical tools including Power BI, Tableau, R, and SQL, and has earned certifications in financial modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence. Prior to joining Mozaic, he built dashboards and data models to support executive decision-making and client services. He is passionate about using data to drive clarity and impact and is particularly interested in sustainability, inclusion, and the power of data storytelling.

Outside of work, Alexander enjoys playing video games, analyzing soccer matches, and listening/dancing to a wide variety of music. He also has a lifelong love of Legos, art, word games, and puzzles— interests that reflect his enthusiasm for building, solving, and thinking creatively.
