Matthew Petty joined the Mozaic team in 2025 as a Performance Reporting Analyst, bringing a multidisciplinary background that bridges computer science, data science, and technical experience. He plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights by developing efficient data pipelines and using innovative tools to optimize reporting workflows. His academic and hands-on experience in programming, statistics, and front-end technologies allows him to approach problems with both analytical precision and an efficient mindset.

Matthew earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida in 2024. During his time as an undergraduate, he completed rigorous coursework and independent projects in data structures, machine learning, and user design, while also honing his technical skills in Python, Rust, Java, and C++. He is also proficient in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

In addition to his technical work, Matthew maintains a strong interest in the broader implications of technology and strives to create data-driven solutions that are both scalable and accessible.

In his free time, he enjoys gaming, camping, and building personal programming projects that explore the intersection of data, design, and user behavior.
