Lauren Schlosser joined the Mozaic team in 2026 as an Operations Associate. She plays an essential role in reviewing and executing client transactions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across internal workflows. Detail-oriented and diligent about her work, Lauren approaches her responsibilities with care and a strong commitment to supporting both clients and the broader team. 

Lauren graduated from Tulane University with a B.S.M. in Finance. Her academic work emphasized investment principles, financial analysis, and business strategy. Prior to joining Mozaic, she worked in real estate, building financial models and conducting market research to support executive decision-making. This experience strengthened her analytical and problem-solving skills, providing a strong foundation for her role in operations. 

Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, playing water polo, going to the beach, hiking, camping, and baking.
