Cady Belkin joined the Mozaic team in 2026. As an operations associate, she supports the day-to-day operational processes while helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across internal workflows. In this role, Cady contributes to maintaining organized systems and streamlined procedures that support overall business performance. Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, Cady approaches responsibilities with strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

Prior to transitioning into finance, Cady worked in membership at a nonprofit organization, where she developed strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills while supporting member relations and internal operations.

Dedicated to professional growth, Cady is focused on expanding industry knowledge and building a strong foundation within investment services.

Outside of work her interests include reading, playing games, puzzles, trying new hobbies, and spending time with friends and family.
