Wayne Wang joined the Mozaic team in 2024. Wayne oversees a robust quality assurance program and leads the Performance Reporting team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data and investment reporting. He also oversees and manages efforts to leverage systems and data to support and improve the firm’s investment process, analysis, and client service.

Prior to joining Mozaic, Wayne worked in real estate investment firms to monitor and improve financial and operational performance. He also worked as an IT consultant and system engineer to design and build large-scale real-time data analysis and processing systems. Wayne graduated from Syracuse University with a Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He received his Master in Business Administration from Georgetown University. Wayne is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Level III candidate.

Wayne is interested in reading and computer programming. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, swimming, and playing sports as well.
